Welcome to SILVER SPOON: The Underground Bakery. We specialize in biscotti, twice-baked Italian cookies, and have adapted an old family recipe to bring you a modern take on this classic treat with varieties that include sweet, savory, gluten-free, and vegan options. 

Because biscotti are a dry, crisp cookie, they're served with a beverage for dunking -- be it coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or a dessert wine.  In the case of our savory choice, you might even try a bowl of soup. 

All of our artisan baked goods are made for you just as if we were cooking for our own family, using organic and natural ingredients -- providing you with homemade quality even when you're too busy to bake.




SILVER SPOON: The Underground Bakery is owned by Lois Britton and operated with the help of her daughter, Lauren.  Lois left her career as a CPA managing a large non-profit, to follow her husband's career move to Poland, picking up many recipes along the way.  Upon her return to Arizona, she opened the bakery.  Lois, a food blogger and former cooking columnist, has spent a lifetime baking from scratch.
